Fresh Berry Pie
Fill the pie shell with the fresh blueberries.
In a saucepan put strawberries, sugar, salt and cornstarch, which has been blended with the water. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cook, stirring until thick.
Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
Cool and pour over blueberries. Top with whipped cream.
Use any kind of berry like raspberries, peaches would probably be good also.
