This Dynasty 350 TIGRunner is one of the 15 prototype machines Miller used to develop the production model. To gain the added advantage of purified argon gas, we have built a delivery system for this portable unit.

KEY PARTS
Weld Assure Purifier: A getter chemical purifier, the heart of Sthe inert gas delivery system.

Regulator:  stainless steel diaphragm and body, reduced air space, 2 stage, remote mounted form tank with a check valve CGA fitting.

Flow Meters:  Teflon seats, stainless steel wetted parts, needle adjustment on outboard side.  One for main flow and one for back purging.

Solenoids:  KIP 24v normally closed, cleaned for oxygen service. One for flow and one for back purging.

Tubing: All hard lines are seamless stainless steel tubing throughout attached with stainless Swagelok fittings. Flexible lines from the solenoid to the torch are high-density polyethylene (HDPE) attached with Swagelok stainless steel fittings. Close to the TIG torch is placed a one way Swagelok check valve.
